On the night of the summer solstice, I prepare everything.A moment of nurturing mind and body guided by medicinal cuisine and fermentation.We offer approximately eight dishes, from appetizers to the final course, using seasonal ingredients carefully selected by the owner.Our creative dishes, made with seasonal ingredients, are a feast for both the palate and the eyes.
